What is the difference between batts and Air + Sound panels for acoustic needs?Updated 2 months ago
The primary difference between the batts and Air + Sound panels is their density and application. Air + Sound panels are more rigid and designed to be attached directly to the wall, providing better acoustical performance. On the other hand, batts are less dense and placed in the walls to affect thermal conductivity ie insulation value. The density and size of the product accounts for the difference in price per square foot.
